Dream Catcher- In The End4 years ago Tyler got his powers as a dream catcher. He had not had a dream since he read Gabriel’s diary. Now it is the summer after 9th grade. A lot of things have happened since the last time we saw them. Loud sounds of people laughing and equipment being put away filled Tyler’s garage. Tyler’s band had just finished practicing. “Same time next week?” asked the guitarist Greg. “Yeah.” Everyone agreed. They had been playing together for a couple of months and weren’t to bad. Tyler went inside and called Gabriel. “Hey do you want to go get something to eat?” “Sure.” “Ok I’ll come pick you up in about a half hour ok.” “Ok see you then.”Dream Catcher- In The End
Dream Catcher- chapter 3It was April 30th the day of Ryan’s birthday. Tyler and Joe walked down the street in silence to Gabriel’s house. She was having a “get together” in remembrance of this day. “Hey. Come on in.” They walked in and saw who was probably Gabriel’s mother. “Welcome. I am Rose, Gabriel’s mother. And this is my son Anthony.” “Nice to meet you.” Joe said. “Yeah.” Tyler said as he faked a smile. Something rubbed on Tyler’s feet. Dream Catcher- chapter 2The elven men guarded there towers as the forces of Goroth attacked. Tyler’s eyes focused on one elf. This one elf struggled to work his arrow, he must be a new warrior Tyler thought. Arrows flew through the air narrowly passing the elves head. Then, all the sudden, an arrow was shot straight at the new warrior. He was hit in the chest and fell to the ground. In his pain he screamed, but the others could do nothing. As before the sound of beeping filled the air. It had been over three months since Tyler had a dream. After the accident at Kings Island Tyler and Joe spent much more time together. Dream Catcher- The Begining“You can’t catch me”. “Wanna Bet”. Little did the boy know he would never catch his young friend. Screaming filled the air and Marie fell to the ground before Tyler’s feet. Marie’s step-father had obviously gotten drunk again. But this time he had pushed it to far when he realized he had shot his 5 year-old daughter he turned and ran. On the horizon his figure faded. Then a buzzing sound filled the air. Tyler got up out of his bed and looked in the mirror. He shocked himself for a moment because he was no longer a 5 year old boy chasing his best friend.
